Kaori trained as a colon hydro-therapist under Dr. Milo Siewert and Roger Groos at the European School of Colon Hydrotherapy in 2005. She is a qualified nutritional therapist, trained at the UK college of Nutrition & Health (BCNH) and has in-depth knowledge and experience in using food, nutritional supplements and diagnostic laboratory testing to help improve clients’ health.

She is also qualified in the following complementary therapies: Massage therapies, Reiki level 1 & 2, Naturopathy. She is a member of the Association and Register of Colon Hydro-therapists (ARCH) and the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT).

She is currently undergoing a master’s degree in nutritional therapy at the University of Worcester.

Her approach to a colonic hydrotherapy session starts with taking the case history including general dietary assessment, followed by explanation of the treatment procedure. During the entire session, a gentle abdominal massage will be applied in order to help identify and release blockages and accumulated wastes. After the session, general dietary and supplementary advice will give given based on client's health aims and conditions. She uses the gravity method for her colonic treatments
