Caroline's initiation into the power of Nutrition and De-Tox began when she lived worked and studied for three years at Green Farm Nutrition Centre, run by Brian and Celia Wright, in the early 1980s - a pioneering institution in the field of Nutrition. It was there that Caroline truly understood the axiom “You Are What You Eat.” and used this principle along with colonic hydrotherapy treatment to heal her IBS.
Caroline studied colon hydrotherapy with Dr Milo Siewart, who helped to establish the most respected body for this work; (now called) The Association and Register of Colon Hydrotherapists. She started working at The Hale Clinic soon after it opened in 1988, combining Colon Hydrotherapy with Deep Tissue Massage, (Chua Ka) and Dietary Advice.
Since then she has continued to pursue her passion as a teacher and practitioner of Meditation, as well as training in Counselling, Drama Therapy and NLP, all of which she brings to her treatments as an Holisitic Practitioner.
Caroline holds weekly Meditation Classes in Cheltenham,as well as teaching Psychocalisthenics (exercise routine) and Chua Ka (deep tissue massage). She uses both the Gravity Feed and Water Pressure machines.
